Student Registration Download sorting
Can an option be added to download the Student Registration in order by Date Registered (with the Date/Time Registered field in the last column) in addition to a listing in alphabetical order? Or just include the Date/Time Registered field in the the far right column so that it can be sorted after download?
additional classes, subcategory of ages
Is there a way, on my side (not the on-line registration side) to set up classes in each grade? For example. Grade 1: Class 1, Class 2, Class 3, etc. ; Grade 2: Class 1, Class 2, etc. Thanks!
Yes, that's correct. Teams are used to further organize students into multiple classes per grade.
To add a grade level, the knowledge base says you can edit the field.
I would like to add a few grade / age levels to our group, but the field is not set up to allow me to edit this.
VBS manager was easier to use.
vbs manager was much more user friendly. I don't like this and can not figure out how to use it effectively. I have tired to figure this out several times. Need to know how to link with our website so workers and students can register.
Is the online registration form customizable?
Our VBS is offered to children ages 3 - 5th grade; however, on the online registration form, there's only check boxes for ages 1st-5th grade. We would need to be able to add options for younger children to register.
how do I "tweak"/edit the rotation times
I want to adjust group rotation times slightly but don't see how I am able to do that. I would also like to see not only start times for each rotation but a leader version that shows them when they should be ending and transitioning to next location
You can go to Settings -> Rotation stations to edit your rotation times. Aside from the opening and closing assembly, rotation times all need to be same length. You can view the rotation schedule via Schedule --> Rotation Schedule. We aren't able to accommodate the level of detail required for every use case, but we have made note of your request for more detail. Thanks for the feedback!

Hello, Is there a black and white option for the logo? We saw a grayscale option, but our graphics person said that she would like a B&W EPS file.
I checked with the designers. The only pure B&W version they have is from a coloring sheet. I'm attaching that.
