Hidden form field
I would like to add a form field that will be hidden to the volunteer registering (i.e. Background Screening Complete). I need to be able to check when complete as well as use it to sort list? Right now all I can sort by are roles. How I have been working around this is to export spreadsheet, then sort by column. I was hoping I could sort inside Director and then send mass email.
Maximum enrollment
What happens if maximum enrollment is reached for an age group? Does it close that age group availability for our VBS, or create another group, or what?
Thanks for including all the info on the student page. But do the big pictures of a boy or girl need to be there? When I go to print the info it makes for a lot of pages. We like to have a paper copy on file.
is it possible to print the badges in a 4" wide by 3" tall lanyard (like a landscape version)?

Required Fields that don't appear to be editable!
I don't know how to adjust default required fields, but the email and phone fields that are required by default can't be edited. I need to make the email a required field and I want to be able to edit the phone number entries so that I don't have my parents entering the same number multiple times to meet a field requirement. Thanks so much!
Why can't I print my roster?
I'm going to people, manage, and all, I even click the drop down for print roster, but it's doing nothing :(

I just had a student registered. He shows up on the list of students, but his registration page is blank.
When I click on the 'view student information' button in the email his page is completely blank and the same thing happens when I go to the website and click on his name under manage students. This is the first one this has happened with.
Please try editing students once again. There was a temporary issue this morning that should be resolved now.
How can i print badges for only a portion of the students, say all males or maybe all who have a certain zip code?

How to see data sheet of all volunteers?
I would like to see a data sheet of all volunteer info without having to download a new excel sheet every single day. Being able to see the name and role in myAnswers Director is nice, but contact number and available/desired roles would be great as well. Opening each person's profile to see the details is a major pain!
Right now the only way to individually view students is to go to People -> Manage All Volunteers -> Filter by New -> Click on each volunteer name to view their preferences. We are working on making individual enrollee pages (both student and volunteer) more printer friendly, so look for that coming soon!
