I have published my public page and can see it from the laptop I use for VBS but when I try to look at it from my phone it says the page cannot be found.
Student Address Not Downloading
On my student registration form I have street address 1, city, state, and zip. However, when I download the student information into Excel, the street address 1 field is blank. I do get the city, state and zip downloaded. Could you please see if this is a bug in the website? I definitely want to get our students' addresses. Thank you!

I'm following the instructions to put my public page on my church website, but don't see the "chain link" symbol.
printing name tags problem and request
Thanks for the upgrades for printing grades seperately!
Problem - with and without background has no background in either option
Request - If we could get the profile picture to be changeable - I'd love to be able to print each grade with their team mascot - That's what we do! The profile pictures being wrong throw off the team since everything else is mascot/color coded. Hoping this can be created before we open :-)

Rotations
Hello, First, Love the Director, great improvements this year.
I noticed in Rotations, you have 2 locations which I assume is to have Craft/Music or Snack/Recreation share a 40 minute window. I put this into the rotation but it will only let me chose the first destination and not the second one to start the teams on.
So, Ist - 2nd and 3rd - 4th - lesson is 40 minutes but others are 20 minutes each, 1st - 2nd in Craft and 3rd - 4th in Music then switch. Same for recreation. It so close! I hope you can fix it.
Event Schedule
We do an AM and a PM VBS the same week. How can I add an additional event on the event schedule page?

Unfortunately we don't offer the ability to manage two events in one. You'll have to create an additional event to manage your second event if you want to display two different start and end times. If you decide to do that, I recommend changing your Public Page URLs to time-lab-am and time-lab-pm.

Trouble with student registration
This is what my public page registration looks like. Why?
My coordinators can't see the registration lists for volunteers and students
They get a screen that says need permission. They have asked for permission but as the director I haven't received a request and do not know how to grant them permission. Is it possible the permission request is going to the church email account, the email that was used by the pastor to set up the VBS ?
