where do i find directions for wonder nuggets treasure hunt?
i see the wonder nuggets treasure hunt on page 9 of guide, but not sure where to find the materials?
Could you please make a way that we can download all of the VBS file at once.
Going form page to page is very difficult and I concerned that something might get left out. I want to archive it for future use when we are done.
where is the color cross pattern
Print Volunteer Nametags
I am also interested in this, but in a slightly different way. Would it be possible (how you have it to print off the children's name tags) to print off volunteer name tags the same way? That would be very useful to us since we use the lanyards for our workers.
Student Profile
Can we change the settings for the student profile view? It has the emergency contact information prominently displayed, but not the parent/guardian information. The emergency contact information should only be used when there is an emergency and an attempt has already been made to contact the parent/guardian and they were not reachable.
Additional Forms
Would it be possible to attach additional forms such as Personal/Medical Release Forms or even a digital copy of the Caretaker Handbook to our public page? I would like this to be separate from the registration process, but am trying to make it as easy as possible for families to access the forms.
We are not currently planning on providing the ability to upload additional forms at this time. However, you can provide links to forms in the registration email. Instructions for that can be found here:

Coordinator Edit
I have the same question as Sarah H re: preschool coordinator; I would also like to be able to add coordinator positions into the data base if that is possible.
VBS Check-In Faster
When checking in students, we ask them questions like “Did you bring a Bible?” or “Did you memorize a verse?” — things that let them earn points toward prizes at the end of VBS. If a student answers “no” to all the questions, the convenient 'Check-In' option beside their name works great. However, if they answer “yes” to one or more, we have to manually edit their responses within the students profile, then scroll down to mark the check-in box at the bottom and click save.
It would be fantastic to have a pop-up window appear during check-in with that day’s questions, allowing us to simply check off the tasks the student completed and then hit "Check In."
Other than that, I really like how everything is set up!
