Error entering Start and End is hindering our progress
When launching digital pro I am unable to enter the start and end time of our VBS and now we cannot access any of the digital resources. How can I get around this?

My digital access code will not work. I keep getting an server error message.

Every time I put my digital code in it keeps telling me the server seems to be acting up. Please come back and try again later.
Edit Permissions
I would love a feature where we can edit the permissions for each role. Like a checkbox - uncheck & check what they would have access to. For example - I don't want to give my key leaders access to add & edit volunteer rolls, volunteers, students and teams.

I can help you with that! The teacher guides are the same for both the ESV and KJV, but the teaching resources are different, depending on the version you chose. The teacher guides have been the same for both ESV and KJV for years now, but that shouldn't affect the teaching of the lesson, as the actual teacher resources are in the desired version. If you received the ESV kit and need the KJV resources, you will need to reach out to customer service at custserve@answersingenesis.org. print rotation schedule
I'm trying to print the rotation schedule. When I preview it, that is what I want, but when I go to print it, it's totally different. Can you fix this for me, please? It seems like a tech error.
Use next year
We purchased the started Kit of Kingdom Keepers but would like to hold off and use this theme next year. Will it still be available to us? Also can I access our Zoomerang registration from last year?
Missing Information for People
I have created my registration forms for both my volunteers and my students. However when I go to People, I see a list, but no names or other details, just icons. I have to download all of the information in order to see something as simple as their name. What am I doing wrong?
printing name tags
I am having problems printing name tags
it only prints 3 to a page
and it has info on there that's not needed

Just wanted to follow up with you to let you know that the layout issue with the "print name tags without background" under students has been resolved, and it is now printing 6 nametags per page as intended.
