printing name tags
I am having problems printing name tags
it only prints 3 to a page
and it has info on there that's not needed
what to do??

Problem opening the digital resources
I just purchased the Ocean Commotion Digital Kit for our church. From my dashboard, when I chose "Guides" it gives me an error 404 message and directs me back to the main page. Can you help?

Student access suggestion
Idea: make the student workbook available digitally as well. Allow the director to create student user accounts so that they can sign in and do their homework. Allow the teacher the ability to see the students' answers, with the student's permission. And in response to the question on this topic form, yes, I am human.

Hello, want to know best way to get bulk pricing on T-shirt orders. We are encouraging everyone to register online and would like for them to be able to purchase their shirts there as well however I see bulk pricing is cheaper than the price listed. If they register under our church and purchase shirts there too will it go under bulk pricing when more people order from the church? Or am I going to have to individually collect sizes and money and then place bulk order?
Hello! Bulk pricing is calculated per order, so you will have to individually collect sizes and money and then place a bulk order. If you have Digital Tools Plus, you can collect sizes with a custom field on your registration form. You can also include a donation link that will show up on your public page and on the "Thank you for registering" page.
I am not able to download or play the wild brothers day 1 Video
When I try to play or download the Wild Brothers day 1 video I get an error message. I can download all the other days, but not day 1

Registration Form Required Fields
When testing the registration form, I noticed that if I mistakenly forgot to enter a response for a required field, it is not very obvious. It would be helpful to have in big, bold, red letters to let registrants and volunteers know they are missing a field, otherwise, it gives the misleading impression that the registration went through, when in fact it was never recorded.
Form Fields
Is there a way to delete certain fields in the forms (i.e. Age Group Selector)? There are several field in the forms page that are not editable. It would be very helpful to enable that feature.

Student Registration
While testing the active student registration, I noticed that there are two required lines for the address under Family Information (as in "Address line 1", "Address line 2"- where both lines are required to complete registration). When I went to try and fix this by editing the form, there was only one field for "Address". Can this be fixed so that the second address line is optional?
This has been corrected. Required address fields no longer require that "Street 2" is filled in.
