how do I recover deleted students information
I accidentally deleted students. Is there a way to recover their information?
Hi Matt, yes, we reviewed your event and restored the 29 students that you had deleted. They are now visible on your Enrolled Students page.

cannot type in the email body
I tried to type in the body of an email I want to send to my volunteers, but it won't let me enter that field.

As Ben said, we are aware of this issue and are working on a fix to make it more user-friendly.
In the meantime, iIf you're having issues being able to type in the email body field (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/23282/send-email/), please try refreshing the page and then clicking once inside the body field. The blinking cursor won't appear, but you should still be able to enter text in the box.

How do I stop number of assigned to each team from printing on name tag?
I do not want how many are assigned to each team to be printed on the name tags. How do I make that happen?

Unfortunately, we aren't able to support customization of the print nametags feature within VBS Digital, but you can print your own custom name tag labels in a word processor using Avery template #74459/5392.

Is limited registration an option?
We've got a good problem that our VBS has filled up! We deactivated student registration on our public page. However, we still want to be able to work with a few families whose children can slot into a couple groups. Is there a way to share a registration link with those people without having the link live on the website? We're afraid that if we do that we'll get inundated with people that we won't be able to serve. I tried copying the link that the registration button goes to, but the link isn't working unless the student registration button is activated. Is there a way around this? Thanks!
Hello Ben,
Benjamin was correct in that the registration link's validity is tied to whether or not registration is open, so you can't use it in that way. However, you can add additional students from within VBS Digital (without registration being active) here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/23684/students/add/.

I lost my access code, what do I do?
I went to log in on the church computer and it asked for my access code, I have lost the card with my code on it, what do I do now?

When I do a test print for the nametags, they are not aligned correctly for the purchased name tags. How can I fix this?

Thanks for reporting that issue with the print nametags function. It is known and we have a task for our web designers to fix the layout there.
Meanwhile, I recommend using a word processor set to Avery template #74459 to print out your purchased name tags (https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/mystery-island-vbs-nametags/). That shouldn't present you with any formatting issues and also lets you customize exactly what goes on each nametag (custom background, text additions, subtractions, etc.)
To pull all the student info in a spreadsheet, go to your Students page and run the "Download Full Student List" action.

Where do I find the clip art for Buccaneers Bay Lodge?
We're working on stage design for Mystery Island and the "Set Design & Construction" refers to "See the Promotion Resources for clip art of the lodge and its accessories." We haven't found the clip art for the Buccaneers Bay Lodge.
Has anyone found it?
