Nametags not printing with background
I am working on printing test nametags and the formatting/spacing is not right. It also does not print the background when that option is selected.
I'd also like to be able to print medical/allergy information on the name tags. Is there any way to include that for increased safety measures?

Just wanted to give you an update; our UX designers were able to resolve the layout issue and increase the font size on the printable nametags! Hooray for small victories! 😂
Unfortunately adding the option of including the medical/allergy information on the nametags and removing the "(x of x assigned)" part will need dev work to fix. We do have that documented in our bugs/improvements list but I can't promise a timeframe on that as it is contingent on when we are able to bring more web developers on staff.

Can i preview graphics and resources without downloading them?
Sorry for the confusion! The PNG graphics/image files (these terms are interchangeable) will open in a new tab, but the .svg and .pdf files will download directly. So if you're just wanting to look at the images, click on the PNG ones. You can then choose whether or not to download them

When do Starter Kits ship? Digital access problems.
I was told starter kits will shipping end of February. Is that still happening?
I've invited several coordinators through the digital web page - they are having problems accessing the site (when following the instructions on the AiG-generated email they've received). Should we be doing something different?

Yes, we are still on track with the Zoomerang Starter Kits shipping by the end of this month.
Regarding your coordinator's access, I checked on your event and it looks like only Brenda Cupps accepted your Drama invite. The rest of the invites have not yet been activated. You can resend the invites from VBS Digital here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/28955/users/.
When they get the emails, your coordinators will need to click the link and either log in to their accounts or create accounts to be able to access the VBS event. Once they do that, they can access the dashboard directly here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/28955/.

Rotation Schedules
Is there a possibility you will add a feature that allows a second rotation schedule? In our church we use the rotations with guides but we have them broken down by age group. Pre-K and Kindergarten go through a rotation down one hallway for crafts, science, Bible, rec, music, and snacks. Then our 1st-3rd grade go through the same stations that we label as older. Our fourth and fifth grade come just to the morning and dismissal rally but then have their own way their leaders guide them through the days activities.

Thanks for your feedback on the rotation schedules! The current setup is fairly rigid so it won't fit all use cases for all our various churches using VBS, but we did our best to handle the majority of them. I have added your feedback to our task to expand the rotation schedule options, though I can't promise a timeframe on adding it as we are very short-staffed in development at present.

When should I expect to receive our 2022 Zoomerang Super Starter Kit (ordered Jan 5, 2022)?

I just spoke with Customer Service today about this. The kits will start shipping by the end of this month (February). Due to supply chain issues, we have had to pivot to printing the kits in-house, which has caused a delay in getting those sent out.

Volunteer Roles Displayed
Is there any way that when a Volunteer Role has been assigned all of it allotted spots, it will no longer show up on the volunteer form as an option? This would be INCREDIBLY helpful!!! I tried this by creating a director role and filling it myself but the option was still showing even though the job was filled (1 spot needed and 1 spot filled).
Along those same lines, how will the children's registration work? If we have a max number of kids per grade and we fill all those spots, how will families know that when signing up? Will it still allow them to signup and we just have to edit the form to say it's full even though they will still be able to go through with the process of signing up?

Unfortunately, we do not support automatically hiding the choice when a Volunteer Role has been filled.
You can set maximum team and role sizes, but that doesn't close registration when they fill up, it just stops auto-assigning registered students and volunteers from the associated age groups and volunteer roles to the various teams/roles. For volunteers, the idea is to take their preferences and then have the director review, assign, and finalize the various roles.
For students, you can set up a second waitlist team to contain students who register after the main team is full. You can also adjust the name of the age group to add "(Full/Waitlisted)" or something similar to discourage additional registrations (this works for volunteer roles too), but enabling/disabling registration overall is an all-or-nothing process. Once student age groups are full, you can hide them on the registration form by unchecking the box in your age group settings and clicking save. This is not an option for volunteer roles, however.
We would like to expand/improve the registrations in the future, and thank you for your feedback!
