how to add an extra opening
1) We want to add add a 20 min meal after opening for everyone. How do I do that?
2) How do I add an age group for registration that doen't participate in the same rotations. I am looking at 4yr olds?
3) I thought the digital version would give me ready to fill in items like door hangers, postcards that we could just print or have printed ourselves and flyers. I do not have the ability to create these from the just the logos

1) Unfortunately, we are not able to support customizing the time that each station begins. The parts of the schedule you can edit are:
- Session start time
- Session end time
- Session station length
- Opening/closing session times
From the Settings page, select Schedule to edit these. If your event's scheduling needs don't match up with this, you can note the difference in your public page description.
In your case, I would suggest editing your Opening length field to account for the mealtime afterward on your Schedule settings page: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/31607/schedule/settings/.
2) It looks like you have already set this up by setting your 4-K team to "Does not rotate". (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/31607/teams/)

how can you sort the volunteer roles so they're alphabetical

Is there a way to change the logo on the student registration page? We like the Austrailia map hand print one better.

Cannot download guides Zoomerang
I cannot download the guides to a PDF. I hit the button and it seems as if it is generating, but nothing happens. If you do it enough time it generates and error page. Can somebody help with this. I tired across multiple platforms and still does not work.

How do I unpublish our VBS
We need to publish and unpublish as we testing url's, etc. Currently our public list is published. How do we unpublish it?

There is a Go and Do Activity mentioned in the Closing Ceremony within the Cool Contest section.
Where do we find this? I've looked in the digital resources, but am having no luck

free digital resources
How do I access the free digital resources? Every time I try, it sends me to the upgrade page. I'm used to the director's guide having pages to copy, but since there weren't any I assumed they would be in the digital library.

I just went through and added any missing codes to your account for Units 1-13. You can access the free digital resources from this page: https://myanswers.com/edu/resources/.
The unit resources access code unlocks the resources for all age groups within the unit, but the Pre-K1 material displays by default. To change the age group, please make sure you first select the age group from the sidebar on the left, then the units and lessons for that age group will appear.
If you don’t see a left sidebar, you are probably using a smaller screen and our site’s responsive design has hidden it. In that case, click the menu icon (≡) next to the logo on the top-left to display the list.
