Registration Problem
we find that the child registration app doesn't work for iphones and tablets adding the last field, how do we get around this?

I checked on this and the text you had in the label field was too large to work on mobile/tablet resolutions, so I shortened it and put the full text in the help text window. Feel free to tweak it yourself to your satisfaction, and let me know if you need any additional assistance!

Good afternoon Julie,
Unfortunately, we are not able to support customizing the printable name tags feature beyond the two printing options for nametags: "Print Nametags Without Background" for printing on the nametags we sell, and "Print Nametags With Background" for printing on blank tags like you'd get from an office supply store.
If neither of these options fit your use case, please feel free to use a template to add things like medical and allergy information. See this Knowledge Base article for more on that: https://myanswers.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/942-can-i-change-what-prints-on-the-nametags.

student guide location
Hello, I am trying to figure out if we can print the student guides for The Incredible Race online, and if so where to locate them. Thank you

My mistake; I was confused by your request. While we do have teacher guide downloads for the various groups of students, we do not offer downloads of the student guides themselves. That said, you should have received one student guide for each age group, as referenced in the description here: https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/incredible-race-vbs-super-starter-kit/.

Auto Populated Date Field
How can I add a have a date field inserted into the registration form that automatically populates with the current date or date and time of the registration TO ENABLE ME TO...export a full download of participants that can then be sorted to discover ONLY the new registrations since a certain date/time?

I'm happy to report that we have added a timestamp to the registered student view. You can also still download the .csv and sort by the "Date registered" field.

videos
In our digital resources all of the videos and music are downloads. Is there a way to view them and listen to them without having to download them?

Yes, while the video and music files are streamable on the left of the page, if you look to the right of the page, you will see a Download button. If you click that, the file should download. If it doesn't, try right-clicking the button and selecting "Save link as..." (or similar wording based on your browser). It looks like this:

Teams
When I view the schedule it has two of my teams under one group and the 4th group empty. Can you please look at that and see what is going on? Thanks so much. I want one team per group.

Hi Rebecca,
You had two teams both set to start at the Crafts & Science station. I changed one of the two to start at the unused Snacks station, but feel free to re-order them. You can do so under Team settings (Settings -> Teams) here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5827/teams/. This is also where you can assign and change which age group/s are assigned to each team. Just click the pencil on the right side of the page to edit the teams.

error on form registration form - hindering out process
When parents try to register their children they get an error that says "Please correct the errors below" however all fields are completely filled out. This is hindering our registration process. Please be in touch asap. 727-492-6059

I figured out what was happening. Your parent address field (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5827/forms/221777/) was set to both required and hidden, so the "This field is required." error messages on the address fields were both hidden and causing errors. If you don't want to display the address on the registration form, please uncheck the "Required" box. I went ahead and unchecked that for you, so the "Please correct the errors below" message shouldn't be showing up with no visible errors anymore.
