Our URL didn't work "page not found"
I am trying to set up our URL for preregistration, but when I tested it, I got "Page Not Found".

Student sign out, check out process
Is there a way to mark students as picked up or sign them out electronically?
Hi Rachel,
Unfortunately no, we don't currently support signing students in and out; we do have the Attendance page, but it only tracks whether the student attended or not, not when they were signed in or out. Instead, you can use a separate check-in/out sheet or an online service like KidCheck. Our thinking was that for VBS, churches would just continue to use whatever system they were already using for Sunday School.

How can I print nametags for coordinators?
Hi Alexis,
We don't currently support printing nametags for coordinators from VBS Digital, but you can get around that by creating a Coordinators team and then adding volunteers to it for each of your coordinators.
You can also order a pack of 60 nametags from our store and then print them from a word processor using Avery template 74459.

Is my subscription to Digital Pro able to be extended to next summer?
Due to COVID-19, we decided to postpone our Mystery Island VBS until next summer. I love Digital Pro and would like to retain my settings for next summer. Are you able to extend my subscription, or will I need to somehow repurchase?

Yes, you will still be able to access your VBS event. Just update your event date when it's been determined and everything will still work. And of course, we'll be happy to help If you do run into any issues.

How do I customize the printable Team Roster Form Column Title Headings so that I can omit the headings I don't need, and add headings I do need to make it fit our at home needs?

While we don't allow for customization of the Team Roster printout, you can also run the "Download Full Student List" action and then modify the spreadsheet to fit your exact needs.

Are the digital resource allowed to be used and reproduced to be used in the live streaming of digital VBS? We need to do virtual digital VBS through live streaming on Facebook because of COVID-19. We want to make sure that we have the correct copyright or creative commons rights.

Hi Sandy,
Since your VBS event is on the Free tier, you are only able to access the Guides in the digital library, which were a preorder reward for your January order of "Mystery Island VBS: Super Starter Kit: Contemporary". Moving the date from June to July did not affect your access.
To get access to the full digital library for your event, I'd recommend upgrading to Digital Pro. Your Super Starter Kit came with a discount that was applied along with giving access to the guides. Your prices are $99 for Digital Pro and $39 for Digital Plus (Library content excluded). To upgrade your event, simply click the "Upgrade VBS Digital" link on your Dashboard.

We purchased the digital program for Ocean Commotion. Just double checking that we are able to upload music and videos to our private vbs online group? I'm assuming since that was kind of the point of purchasing it, but can't find that specific info anywhere. Thanks so much!
Yes, that is an acceptable use case. As long as you keep the materials within your church, you are free to distribute them however you would like.
