the clip art isn't working at all
I'm looking at the colour and the black and white clip art and it's completely blank :(

Please make sure you are looking at the right format; the .eps files are vector files and will only open in a program such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW. You should have no issues viewing the .jpg or .png files.

Help! My access code is coming back invalid. Trying to prepare for lesson tomorrow!
I was given an early access code to the digital AIG sunday school course work, but because of the pandemic, we haven't had it so I didn't have the chance to use it till today. I have two emails with different codes and neither one allows me in.
They both return a message that the access code is invalid. HELP! Please!

Due to the pandemic, we opened ABC Digital beta to everyone, so you don't need an early access code anymore.
Simply go to https://myanswers.com/edu/manage/ and start setting up your class! Please let me know if you run into any issues or have any questions.

Is there HD artwork available for download? Will purchase if it is not for free. I need to enlarge it to about 8 feet wide, so it needs to be the largest HD file size possible. Thank you!

Yes, please download the Resources zip folder here: https://answersingenesis.org/vbs/incrediworld2020/downloads/. The .eps files will export to whatever resolution you want from Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.

I cannot find the deep sea science intro video among the promotion tools.
I cannot find the video intros for either the "deep sea science" or "Discover Missions" under promotional tools. Could you make those available?

There isn’t a short video animation for the science – just the crafts. The video team didn’t make one for science.

No, that's not possible, as the code behind the countdown is the same for every VBS event. Also, I checked on your timer and confirmed it is working. There is a live example on this page: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/13667/promotion-tools/.
If you are using a template-based website, please make sure to enable HTML and JavaScript in the module, otherwise, the code may be blocked from performing properly. There is often a button you can press to insert HTML code or otherwise turn on advanced editing. If you can't figure it out, your website provider should have support documentation to further assist you.

Page not found
I am getting the 404 page not found error code. When I log in it shows Dashboard and Digital Library under Mystery Island.

how to send link to teaching resources to volunteers (without registering them as coordinators)
Hi Vicki,
Unfortunately, we don't yet have that functionality for VBS Digital, just ABC Digital. We do have plans to add share links to VBS Digital, but those were delayed due to the COVID-19 reduction in staff. For now, you can invite the volunteers you want to send resources to as Teacher coordinators. They will only be able to access the digital library, none of the other online components of the VBS.

My volunteer form has a question that is not showing up on the form but has a blank fill in spot...help?
My Volunteer form,has a question I created that should have a long fill in text field. When I preview it has the long fill in box with no question. Below you will see in the editor the question, then the preview screen below that.
Also on the Volunteer form we are making ours like a backyard VBS and so due to our current times we are making the groups in each neighborhood be small and non age specific. Well that is a default question in the form so I deleted the options but the question doesn't go away. Its just floating text. How do I fix that?
