Sure, you can do that. Go to the Forms page in the Settings section and add a new field. One of the options you can set for the field is "Hide this field on public registration forms?" If that's checked, the field will be available inside MyAnswers, but will not appear on the registration form on your public page.

The current process doesn't allow you to print selected nametags.

Our team is working on enhanced printing functionality now, and expect it to be available soon.

Officially, our policy is to not publicly provide dates for our software updates, as unexpected issues can cause delays.

Unofficially, if I were you I'd wait a few more days before printing your nametags. An update could be coming soon.

Right now, they print in the order that they registered. We'll look into updating that to print in alphabetical order.

The design team is currently working on enhancing the participant and volunteer information pages, as well as creating a printable volunteer roster. Those features should be available in the near future.

We have updated your form so things should work going forward.

We're not sure what happened to the address data. Our best guess is that you or some coordinator deleted and readded the address field. The address data has been deleted for these existing students.

I'm not sure what happened. I'm not seeing any address information. I did a test registration, and it's address information was saved. I deleted that test registration when I was done.

My best guess is that at some point after these registrations you may have deleted the address field from the form and readded it. When a field is deleted, all data associated with that field is also deleted.

I noticed other issues with your form. The Emergency Contact information should be appearing on the student information page, but it is not, due to an issue with those fields.

Also, you have the allergy field set to be required. This will only allow children to be registered if they have allergies.

I have requested one of our developers to take a look at it on Monday. We'll see if we can determine what is going on with the addresses, and get any other issues with your form corrected.

I'll provide an update when I know more tomorrow.

Hi Joe,

This is Brad with Answers in Genesis. We provide technical support for the online tool Calvary Chapel is using to promote and manage their VBS. At the moment, they do not have registration enabled.

You can contact them through their church website: http://ccvalleysprings.org/

Thanks!

Sure, you can use as many computers or other devices as you need. You, or a coordinator, would need to be logged in on each device in order to view the attendance page. Our system does allow you to be logged in on more than one computer at a time.

Earlier, our system had a problem when address fields were changed into other types of fields. We have since corrected that, but it was an issue back when you set up your account. We updated your account data to correct the issue.

You can re-download the CSV file now, and the data should be there.
