Hidden form field
I would like to add a form field that will be hidden to the volunteer registering (i.e. Background Screening Complete). I need to be able to check when complete as well as use it to sort list? Right now all I can sort by are roles. How I have been working around this is to export spreadsheet, then sort by column. I was hoping I could sort inside Director and then send mass email.

Sure, you can do that. Go to the Forms page in the Settings section and add a new field. One of the options you can set for the field is "Hide this field on public registration forms?" If that's checked, the field will be available inside MyAnswers, but will not appear on the registration form on your public page.
