No, there isn't a way for you to change the fields that appear on the nametags.

Since you appear to be using one age group per team, you could rename the teams to include the age. You can change the team names on the Teams page in the Settings section.

Currently, the only places you can see all the registrant's information is on the "Edit" page, and in the download file.

On the "Student Information" page, there is an "Edit" option at the top. Click that to see all the fields.

Our design team is currently working on enhancing the student information page to show all the data. That change will happen in a future release of MyAnswers. For now, you'll need to go to the edt page.

There are a couple of ways to reassign a student.

If you just want to reassign a few individuals, you can do it from their edit page. From the "Manage All Students" page, click their name, then click edit. Their team is set at the bottom of the Student Information section.

You can reassign multiples at a time from the "Manage All Students" page. You can filter or search to find the students you wish to move. Check the box in front of the students, and from the "Select an Action" drop-down at the top, select the action to assign them to the appropriate team.

If you're referring to the student or volunteer downloads, it's because they're not Excel files. They are CSV files, which is a format that is compatible with Excel and pretty much any other spreadsheet program.

I just tried it using Internet Explorer 11 on Windows 10, and it's working for me. What version of Internet Explorer and Windows are you using?

One of our developers took a look, and there is currently an issue with this functionality. We'll have it fixed in our next release, scheduled for later this month.

We do not have a traditional version of the video. Due to licensing and other concerns, it is unlikely that we will ever be able to provide a traditional version of the promotional video.

You can hide the video from your public page. On the "Edit Public Page" page, there is a toggle switch above the video you can use to show or hide the video.

At least in the short term, we do not plan on adding the ability to edit the checklists.
