How to see data sheet of all volunteers?
I would like to see a data sheet of all volunteer info without having to download a new excel sheet every single day. Being able to see the name and role in myAnswers Director is nice, but contact number and available/desired roles would be great as well. Opening each person's profile to see the details is a major pain!

The design team is currently working on enhancing the participant and volunteer information pages, as well as creating a printable volunteer roster. Those features should be available in the near future.
There is now a printable volunteer roster available on the Manage All Volunteers page.
Hi Evelyn, in the Manage All Volunteers page, if you use the actions drop-down list to select "Download Volunteer List", that will provide you a spreadsheet that you can use to see what preferences volunteers have checked. The nature of registration is such that the spreadsheet will change until your volunteers are all registered; there's nothing we can do about that. If you have made significant changes to a previously downloaded spreadsheet you can also copy individual rows from a new version and paste them into it.
I don't need a printable form. May I just have realtime ability on-screen to quickly see which newly registered volunteers have specified which preferences without printing off the whole crew? Or, less helpful, maybe have capability of printing off individual registration sheets?
Right now the only way to individually view students is to go to People -> Manage All Volunteers -> Filter by New -> Click on each volunteer name to view their preferences. We are working on making individual enrollee pages (both student and volunteer) more printer friendly, so look for that coming soon!
