Thanks for the suggestions. I'll pass them on to the team.

The attendance column is intended to be used by churches who use a paper system for attendance tracking. The forms can be used to manually track who is present. Another option is to add team leaders, or other individuals, as coordinators on your event so they can mark attendance in MyAnswers.

I'm not sure I understand what you mean when you say the drop down menu doesn't work.

If you are saying that when you click an option that it doesn't print, then there is currently a known issue with Internet Explorer and Edge. We'll have a fix for that up soon. Until then, you'll need to use another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

If you are saying the menu itself isn't opening or functioning correctly, then I'll need to get more details, such as what is happening and what operating system and browser you are using.

You can print off the "edit" page for a student.  From the student list, you can click the student's name and then click "edit" at the top of the page. You can then print it using your browser's print function.

Our design team will be working on making that and other page print better. However, it should at least have all the data you need.

I'm not sure I understand the issue. Are you saying you aren't  seeing any email address, or you are seeing the wrong email address?

The address you enter on the "Edit Student Welcome Email" in the People section should be displayed, both on the email and on the confirmation page people see after completing their registration.

I checked your event, and it looks OK to me. If you can provide more information about what is wrong, we'll do our best to help out.

We do not currently provide a way to send emails, other than the automatically generated ones.

You can use the download option to get a list of emails you can use to send notifications outside of MyAnswers.

The problem with Internet Explorer has reappeared when in our recent update that added additional report options. Our team is working on it, and should be corrected soon. For now, you'll need to use another browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari.

We have added the ability to include a room, or other description, to each rotation station. This information is entered on the Rotation Settings page in the Settings section.

Our design team has completed the enhancement of the Student Profile page. You can see all the entered information without having to go into edit mode.

At the moment, that page is only useful online. It does not print well. That will be addressed in the future. But the information can now be viewed there.
