It's there now.
Either I made a mistake last night, or something changed the setting again. I reset it.
The developer who will be helping investigate this issue is out today, so we haven't made any progress on our investigation of what's changing that setting yet. We'll try to get the root cause fixed soon. For now, your event is there.
I have alerted our design team, and they'll be making our site's pages print better.
I have made a quick temporary fix to make the "Edit" pages for students and volunteers is print better. It's not ideal, but it should be usable until our designers can get it set up correctly.
I also added a link from the registration emails to the student or worker's information page.
It's fixed. Your event now appears on the events page: https://myanswers.com/events/
Adriana,
I noticed when looking at the initial request on this topic that a number of events aren't set to display publicly, but probably should be. I sent a request to the developers to investigate.
I can fix your account for you. I don't have enough information to track down your event, though. Can you let me know the web address of your public page? I can use that information to find your VBS and make sure it is displaying on the events page properly.
Right now, the only place in MyDirector where you can see all the data is on the "Edit Students" page. From the "Manage All Students" page in the People section, you can click on a student's name to bring up their basic information. From there, click on the Edit link at the top to see everything.
You also can download a spreadsheet with all the data from the Manage Students page.
A request has been made to our design team to add additional information to the individual students information page. Right now I have no additional information about what will be added there or when it might be available.
That sounds like a good problem to have!
You don't have the power to change that setting, but we can change it for you. Your event is currently set to be excluded from the events list page.
Hi Brenda,
Your public webpage's URL is https://stjohnsfaithucc.myanswers.com/operation-arctic/
There is no initial www. By nature of the way our website security certificate is set up, we cannot support more than one subdomain.
if you have your pastor remove the "www." part in the address, the link will then work.
Right now, there are no options for changing the content of that email.
What information would you like to see in the emails? Perhaps would a link to that person's page in MyAnswers Director be helpful?
This has been corrected. The deleted students should no longer appear in your roster.

This issue should be corrected now. It looks like all your teams are now showing the correct number of active students. If you see any more problems, let us know.
