For now, the only place you can see all the data for a student is on the "Edit" page. From the roster you can bring up the individual student's information page, and then click the "Edit" button at the top.
We also just added a link in the email that takes you directly to the student's info page as well.
You can print the "edit" page to get a hard copy of all the individual student's data. Our designers will work on making that printout look better, but I think it should be sufficient for now.
I've alerted the team of the issue, and we'll get it corrected as soon as we can. Thanks for letting us know about the problem.
No, currently there is no way to automatically turn off registration.
You can set a size limit for each team. However, that is only used for the auto-assignment to teams. People still will be able to register, they just won't be automatically assigned to a team.
You can put a note about limited registration numbers on the registration form or in the welcome email. Once things start to fill up, you can hide individual age groups from the registration form, and, of course, you can completely turn off the public registration form at any time.
No, you can't change the theme of an existing event. If you haven't done much customization yet, you can create a new event with a different theme.
We can change the theme for you. (At least in theory. MyAnswers Director is new, and we've never done it, but it should work.) Some information, like the theme name and images, and the library will change. Some tasks in the checklist will change. Other things, such as team names, will not change. If you want us to change your existing event, let us know.
The bug that prevented public pages named "vbs" from working has been corrected.
The bug that prevented "vbs" from working as a page name from working has been corrected.
I understand now. Sorry for the confusion.
There appears to be an issue when printing when using Edge or Internet Explorer. Our team will work on that. For now, there are a couple of work-arounds.
You can use a different browser, such as Google Chrome.
Another option is to right-click the print button and choose "Open in new tab" or "Open in new window"
I'm not sure I understand which print option you are referring to. We don't have the option to print registration forms from MyAnswers. A printable registration form is available on the DVD-ROM that came with your Starter or Super Starter Kit.
Are you on the "Manage Students" page? (The page you get to by choosing "People" from the main menu and clicking the "Manage All Students" button.)
On that page, there is a "Print/Download" field. When you hover over it, it should provide four options for printing or downloading student data. Are you saying any or all of those is not working? If so which one or ones?
Thanks for the suggestion. It has been passed on to the team. We agree it's confusing and and we're discussing how we can best correct this.
If you come across anything else that is frustrating or unclear, please let us know.

If I understand, you were able to set up your registration form to meet your needs, but would like an easier way to see which children have permission. Is that correct?
Currently the only places where you can see all the information for an individual student is the "edit" page and in the CSV download.
Where would it be most helpful to see the information? I'm not sure which page you're referring to as the "main registration page." Do you mean the individual student information page that comes up when you click their name in the list?
