Edit public page issue
I am trying to edit my public page but the page keeps freezing up and will not let me make any changes.
Your public page should be working correctly now.
There was a bug that caused your church's location information to become corrupted when saving changes on the public page, which led to the page freezing up when trying to display the map. We have corrected the issue, so that shouldn't continue to happen. I also corrected your church's location information, so it should display correctly on the map.

Can't edit webpage
I am working on setting up my website and I enabled the stuff at the bottom of the edit page and all my problems began. I can't disable the links that display merchandise. I had turned off the things but the Tshirt and enabled that section. Now my page won't load correctly and when I try to edit and disable the link I can't even see it. Then I start getting browser errors. I have tried on two different computers and my Ipad to try and put it back but I get errors on all attempts. can someone reset the page for me?

We have corrected the issue that was causing your church's location information to get corrupted when making other changes on your page.
You should be able to edit your public page without without problems now.

Bug in Team Edit mode
How do I simply "edit" an existing team without it creating a new team? When clicking on the pencil icon, and making a change, I then hit "enter" or "edit team" to save the changes. And it automatically adds another team, which means I now need to go in and delete the old one.

When I publish my public page what comes up is an entirely different page that the preview.
I just made my public page. When I previewed it, it looked fine. But when I published it it took me to a directors landing page. What is happening?
error assigning volunteers to roles
Hello.
I am trying to assign volunteers to roles and the system is giving me an error. Specifically on the roles I have edited or changed. "Our server is acting up right now. Try again later."
Is this a common error at the time?

my vbs page will not come up on my church page it says not published
When I copy and paste my VBS URL onto my church webpage a window from myanswers director comes up say 804 page not published. But the URL link works on the facebook page. Can anyone help with this?
where do I unlock my digital library?
I have received my Time Lab kit which includes Director Plus and Digital Library. I have been given a code to unlock the products but cannot find where on the screen to enter the code. Thank you for your help.
Changing non-editable fields in registration forms
I want to change a non-required field (e.g., email in volunteer registration) in the registration forms to required but there isn't the option to edit that field. Others have asked for this so it seems like something that should be made available. I want to be able to email my volunteers and need email addresses to do that.
Hi Stacia, I've made your VBS event's volunteer email field required. The email fields are locked because if they are renamed or removed it causes things to break. Email fields are set to optional by default, but if anyone would like their field to be set to required they can request it and I can go in and enable it in the backend.
