Add Custom Tasks
Can I add custom tasks within each Checklist if there are things that aren't captured specifically that our church does?
I would like for my teachers to have access to view attendance only, not change it. Is there are role where that is possible?
I don't want to have all of my teachers be able to edit child information and check them in. Instead, I just want them to be able to view the attendance that our registration workers have entered. Is it possible to develop a role where the information is viewable, but not editable?
Will the out of stock sizes of the Everyone T-shirt be back in stock?

Can the VBS portal only have 1 director log in?
We have 2 directors that need full access to the VBS portal. We can assign two on the portal, but as soon as the 2nd one creates a login, the 1st one no longer has access.
When in the myAnswers dashboard area, click on the "Supplies" / shopping cart logo on the left navigation menu. The very first category is "Gear". There are small arrows to the right and the left of the first two items shown < >. Clicking on either arrow will navigate the menu and you will find the T-Shirts displayed there.
How do I change the email address that registration emails come from?
I want to change that email address listed on the registration confirmation people receive after registering. (i.e. the email says, "if you have any questions email john@gmail.com"). How can I make this happen?

Yes, you absolutely can change the email address listed in the registration confirmation emails.
To do that, go to "Promote", then click "Edit Student Welcome Email" and "Edit Volunteer Welcome Email".

How can I see my volunteer registration forms? I can't see which job they signed up to do? Also, can I limit my coordinators' access to my volunteer and participant names and information?
