missing students
We have 16 students registered for VBS so far, but when I click "manage all students" only 3 show up. The only way I can see all the students is when I click "download full student list".
I am not able to print the rosters.
This is my third year using answers for VBS and I must say, I have been very frustrated with this new website. It is not allowing me to print. I am currently trying to print the Team Rosters and it is not working. Could you please help or give me a number to call?
Attendance Tracker
I love the attendance tracker option. My only question is that I checked in the kids for day 1 (we weren't able to do it during the actual check in) and it marked them all for day 2. Not sure how to fix that or if its possible at this time but wondering why it might have done that? Is it because Day 1 was technically over at 12 and I put it in hours later?
Hi Shannon, glad to hear you are using and appreciate the attendance tracker. From your description of the issue, it does seem like it was due to you entering in the kids after the fact, after the day was technically over at midnight. We don't currently support going back and adjusting check-ins for past days, but that is definitely something we want to add in the future. Thanks for your feedback!
Nametag issues...
I am having issues printing nametags. Under "People" and the "Students" page I select all, then I select "Print all nametags with a background." A box pops then appears, asking me "Are you sure you want to do this?" I click yes, but nothing happens. I've tried this several times to the same end. Please help so I can print nametags! Thanks! :-)
Hello Spring, I just tested that process in Internet Explorer and the save box appeared a couple seconds after the "are you sure you want to do this?" message.
One thing that might help is you don't need to select the students in order to print the list; just go ahead and click the "Print All Nametags With Background" option.
Where are the Posters?
Hi! I have looked everywhere and I can't seem to find the posters in my package and don't see anywhere to print them off on Answers. Where are they?
Hello Sharilee, we do not offer PDF downloads of these posters, but they are part of the presentation images on the Resource DVD-ROM and can be printed from there. The file in your downloads section is "Operation Arctic VBS: Resource DVD-ROM: Presentation Images (639.3 MB zip)".
I have a old vbs can I use this to manage?
we purchased the kingdom Chronicles VBS Digital kit we need a vbs manager for it? what do we do?
We don't yet support the Kingdom Chronicles theme in MyAnswers Director, but you can still use the tool for registration. It will look like Operation Arctic or Ocean Commotion in whatever themed elements that are used (nametag backgrounds come to mind), so some of the features will be limited in their use of you. You can always go third party as well, of course. We hope to have more past VBS themes available for use for next year's VBS season.
Downloading participant list
This is not really a question but rather a notice. When I select to download participant list, it always brings up a print dialogue box for a blank page (I checked it one time to see what was sent to the print queue). I can cancel that and my download box appears. Not really a problem for me, just wondering why it sends a blank page print command.
