I'm typing my access code in from the kit we received, and it's saying it's invalid. Is there something I can do to get it to work?

I ordered the super director kit but not the digital one that cost like $39 more or something. I want to upgrade to the digital director for online registration. What do I need to do? Please advise.

time lab animations
Hi, I wonder if you can help me. I’ve bought the VBS Time Lab resource DVD and noticed that the short animations do not have any audio with them (although I’ve seen a Time Lab logo animation on you tube that does.) Am I missing something?
