Digital Plus Guides
When I access the guides in the digital director library, I'm only getting text, not the actual pages for the guides. How do I get the actual pages like we used with the PDF format?
Hello, while we don't offer PDF downloads of our guides as part of your Super Starter Kit, you can either print out the material from the Digital Library, or you can print out rich text versions of the guides from the Time Lab VBS: Resource DVD-ROM download that came with your Super Starter Kit. Discount not found
I just opened my kit, but am receiving a message that my discount code is not found.
I've tried with & without hyphens, case-sensitive, all caps and all lowercase. Where do I need to go from here?

We are not able to support customizing the printable rosters at this time. You can add additional info to the margins on the printed pages, or you can make your own custom roster using the downloadable spreadsheet. To get there, go to People -> Students, Manage All Students ->Actions drop-down menu -> Download Full Student List.

I ordered the super director kit but not the digital one that cost like $39 more or something. I want to upgrade to the digital director for online registration. What do I need to do? Please advise.
