Is there a functionality to the director to allow for payments to be taken either for items to purchase or for fees to be paid?
Now that links are supported in emails, you can use that to request payment. Details on how to do that can be found here:
Can I accept payment when students register?
It is unlikely that we would be able to support accepting payments directly through Digital Director.
Here's what we do support at the moment. The only payment option we currently provide the ability to display a payment processing website link, such as a Paypal link, on your public page to accept donations.
You can customize both the registration form and the confirmation email, so you could use either of those methods to request that participants submit payment. You can also add an "admin only" field in your student roster to the to track who has paid.
It may be possible for us to more prominently display a payment link during the registration process. We wouldn't be able to automatically verify that a payment was made. Would something like that be helpful?
