is there a way to copy and paste the avatar with background color such as orange koalas, red kangaroos, and yellow dingoes that i can use for other use than just for registration

Yes, you can see a list of all the various avatars from your Teams page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/32239/teams/.
Just click edit on one of your existing teams or create a new team and you will see all the images displayed. You can right-click and save any of these icons for other uses with your VBS.
I would also suggest you check out the Promotion resources here, as we have many clip art and logo files that you could use as well: https://myanswers.com/vbs/zoomerang/resources/promotion/.

I changed the groupings for my age groups, will that auto update eventually?
I didn't find this on the form. I just changed age group teams to make a more balanced enrollment... will this auto update for the name tags?

There can be multiple teams per age group if your VBS needs it. You can edit your teams here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/31341/teams/
It will automatically update for any students that register after you made the changes to the age groups, but you may need to manually edit the student registrations prior to that to put them in the right group depending on what was changed.

Toggle not working
I'm trying to un-toggle the "Volunteer Registration is Activated" task and it won't let me undo that. I don't want to use the digital volunteer registration and I accidentally toggles it on.

PRINT STUDENT REGISTRATION
How can I print a student registration form? Also, the volunteer forms. I know how to go to the Promote page and print from there. However, these versions do not have the Zoomerang or our church on them. They seem to just be a plain version of the online registrations. I was able to print our a better looking form last year and I cannot remember how I did it.

Check-in On Multiple Devices?

We have a decent size VBS and normally check our kids in at multiple stations to expedite the process. This is our first year using the on-line registration. Is it possible to have four people signed in to the digital tools and checking people in at the same time? How could we make that work?

Yes, that is very possible. Just make sure you have the four people added to your VBS event as coordinators with permission to view/add/edit students (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/31109/users/) and they will all be able to access the attendance page and check kids in there (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/31109/attendance-report/).

It's usually $99 for the upgrade but due to supply chain issues causing delays in shipping the materials out we dropped the price for this year.

see library without downloading
Hi, I'm looking at make a sign up sheet for for volunteers, I was going to make a QR code one as well as a paper one. I wanted to include some clip art from The Incredible Race but it won't let me view things unless I download it, is there a way I can see the art without downloading it? That just takes up extra space on my computer.

Unfortunately, there is no way to preview the files in VBS Digital (https://myanswers.com/vbs/incredible-race/resources/promotion/clip-art/) without clicking on them. The standard PNG image files should open in your browser first, then you can decide whether or not to download them.
