i sent an invitation to my coordinators . They were asked for the access code. WHen they put the code in it said invalid. What should I do?

Thank you for contacting us! Do you know if they followed the link from the email? I ask because it sounds like they went strait to MyAnswers.com and tried to setup a new event. The link in the email should take them straight to your event, rather than having them create a new one.

If our coordinators never receive their invite emails- we've had them check spam, etc., still nothing... Can we add them manually as coordinators from the volunteers list?

Hello Matt,
Are you able to verify that the email addresses are correct? If they are, you can cancel the pending requests and then re-send them.
