Why will my pdf's not come up?
I was able to print off some lessons yesterday, but now, when I click printable pdf, all I get is an error message.

I just cleared the watermarked PDF cache for your organization, so if there were any issues with your PDFs generating they should be resolved now. The issue could also be that you left the page open for too long and the download links expired. If that is the case, refreshing the page will pull new download links.

Changing grades to ages
I am trying to change the grades to ages and it keeps saying that I am not able to delete because there are students registered, but I do no have any students registered

Happy to help you with that! I manually removed those two age groups for you; this is likely an issue due to the classes being one of the five that are in place by default.

Activation code active but no copy of the code for upgrade
I purchased the Digital Plus for Mystery Island. I redeemed the code and I have access to the downloads. I need to upgrade to Pro but I do not have a copy of the activation code (I used copy/paste and did not write it down). Is there a solution? Thank you!

The description for the Super Starter Kit with Digital Access stated that the Teen/Adult digital would be included. I don't have access to it. Is there a way it can be fixed? This was one of the selling points for the church to choose this theme.
