Can the online student registration forms be printed?

Yes, the online student registration forms can be printed. Within your VBS account, click on the Promote tab. Under Student Registration, there will be an option to print the registration forms.

My coordinators invited this week are not getting the invitation email.
I have resent the invitations, and cancelled and re-requested them without success. Invitations sent before Feb. 8th went through.

Online Volunteer Registration
Is there a way to direct our volunteers to sign up through a link that is not on the same page as the student registration/info page? We want to eliminate someone not in our church, who may want to volunteer from the community (have had people ask in the past), from signing up to volunteer. For safety reasons, we only allow those who have been going to our church for a certain amount of time and are background check to work in our VBS, but of course would love to send out a link to our background checked people to sign up online if desired. Is that possible? I may have missed how to do this, so figured I'd ask here. Thanks!

I looked into your question about volunteer registration and student registration being separate. After your Public page is published and you are ready to activate Volunteer Registration, go to the Promote page and toggle on Volunteer Registration. This will activate a new Volunteer tab on the Public page as well as a public-facing form that will be separate from the student registration page.
After Volunteer Registration is activated, you can visit the form by clicking on the following link: https://rbclakeorg.myanswers.com/mystery-island/volunteer/
To obtain a higher level of privacy, one option would be to print out Volunteer Registration forms and then enter in the information of the volunteers manually. This option would be more time consuming, but would give you a higher level of privacy.
There also is a way to change who is enrolled as a volunteer. If you click on the People tab, and then under Volunteers click 'Manage All Volunteers', this page will allow you to add, edit, or delete volunteers.

Cannot access any digital content on dashboard for Time Lab Program (no error message, just returns to upgrade page)
I purchased the Time Lab Super Starter Contemporary Kit with Digital access a few weeks ago. I was unable to access features on the digital dashboard so I called and spoke to the AiG service. They assumed the problem was in the code provided and provided me with a new digital code for Director Plus and Digital Library to ensure that I received access to all of the features I had been promised. I still can not access ANY of the non-free items on dashboard. It takes me to the upgrade screen if I try to access the library/resources/guides/music/etc. I put in my code (tried 4 different ones at this point) and it allows me to choose my free upgrade kit but then returns me to the upgrade page with no improved access once I click continue. I have sent multiple emails to web-support and have not received any response. I am getting very frustrated.

Student resources guide
I see several post regarding the student guides. I believe many of us were under the impression that the student guides would be included in the digital resource. In fact it's one the reasons I purchased the digital version. Having the flexibility to print what we need based on our attendance is a crucial issue for us. We either have too many in one age group and not enough in another. I believe you do offer the printable version for Sunday School digital program.
Could I urge you to consider this option for VBS as well.
