I apologize for the delayed response! If you are planning for it to be the same length as the others (crafts, missions, snacks, etc.), then I suggest adding it to your "Rotating Stations". To do this...
1. Go to your settings.
2. Select "Rotating Stations" along the left side of the screen.
3. Click "add" then fill in the Name & Location.

Is there a way to customize the length of time a station lasts? I need some stations to be longer than others.

There are resources that I want to make available to team leaders. But they don't have any need to access any other areas. Can I give them access only to the resource area?

i sent an invitation to my coordinators . They were asked for the access code. WHen they put the code in it said invalid. What should I do?
Join Us section of public page links to misspelled website
In the preview of our public page at https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/40106/preview/ the WEBSITE button in the Join Us section at the bottom links to a misspelled website neewlifelamesa.org. It should be “new” not “neew”. I can’t find where to edit this. Was it entered wrong during the initial purchase and setup?

Finishing a VBS
Is there something specific we have to do to close out a VBS? My dashboard still had tasks on it from last year's VBS.

The task list is not required to be completed. You can just leave it the way it is. If it bothers you, you can check all of the check boxes. If you wish to delete the event, you can do so by going to settings, then clicking the edit button on the Event card. Once there, scroll to the bottom and click the "Delete Event" button.
