Name Tags and Invitation Postcards
Are the templates for name tags and postcards included with the digital purchase? I can't seem to find them.

I can help with that! You can add a pre-school class by...
1. Going to the Dashboard page
2. Clicking on the "Settings" tab along the lower left side of the screen
3. Scroll down till you see the "Age Groups" card, then click it's edit button
4. Here you can add, edit, or remove age groups. You would add the pre-school class here.
5. Make sure your student registration is toggled on. You can confirm by clicking the "Promote" tab on the top menu/navigation bar.

How do I add a room location to the schedule?

To add a room location...
1. Go to the VBS Dashboard page
2. Click on the "Settings" tab in the lower left side of the screen
3. Scroll down the page until you see the "Rotating Stations" card, then click it's edit button
4. Here you can add, edit, or remove Stations.

Avery template not found
Bulletin insert 12-0-024 says to print using Avery template 3251, but it is not found on the Avery sight.
I have tried to find another one but having trouble.

How to set up a new group
Hello,
To add a new Age Group you will need to
1. Click on the settings cog in the lower left corner of the screen. If on mobile, tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner then tap settings.
2. Click on "Age Groups" (along the left side of the page. If on mobile, tap on the 3 lines in the top left corner then tap "Age Groups".
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click/tap the "Add Age Group" button.
4. After you've filled in the name, don't forget to save.

changing the start date

To edit the start date, you will need to click on the Settings icon (bottom left) > Event. Then you will be able to adjust the start date.

You will need to edit the webpage and then scroll down to the Video section. To disable the video, click the toggle button to the off position and then click Save.

How do I see the names of registered kids?
I have one kid registered so far. When I click to see who is registered it shows one registered but it doesn't show me who is registered.
