Did you try clicking and dragging the red pin on the map? It should move when you do so (then click save to keep the change). I was just able to move it to the right location and save it.

No, the student guides are not included in the digital downloads. VBS Digital Tools is designed as a tool for the director, teachers, and coordinators, and we provide the Teacher Guides as part of the Digital upgrade to assist in those roles. The student guides are not included because we don't offer digital-only complete packages until we run out of the majority of the physical material. When we do, those are available as Digital Starter Kits in the web store (Ex. https://answersingenesis.org/store/product/ocean-commotion-vbs-digital-starter-kit/).

Hello Jodie,

I looked into your VBS event and can confirm that your upgrade has been applied. You will not have to pay any more for Digital access. What page are you on that is showing you that message?

If you are creating a new event, just click "Use Digital Code" without entering a new code (since your old one is still applied). You will then See "VBS Digital: Incredible Race" selected as an option -- that will give you everything.

We do not currently provide a way to keep track of the daily points digitally. However, we do have PDF's you can print for each day and use them to track points. 

The tally sheets can be found by following this path: Dashboard -> Library -> Resources -> Director -> Miscellaneous -> Team Roster. You can find more information about the Team Challenges and tracking points in the Director's Guide, under the Daily Itinerary section.

For now, Assistant Directors and Administrative Coordinators should use the same permissions set as the VBS Director. This prevents the master checklist from having duplicate items representing the same task.
