Are the digital resource allowed to be used and reproduced to be used in the live streaming of digital VBS? We need to do virtual digital VBS through live streaming on Facebook because of COVID-19. We want to make sure that we have the correct copyright or creative commons rights.

Hi Sandy,
Since your VBS event is on the Free tier, you are only able to access the Guides in the digital library, which were a preorder reward for your January order of "Mystery Island VBS: Super Starter Kit: Contemporary". Moving the date from June to July did not affect your access.
To get access to the full digital library for your event, I'd recommend upgrading to Digital Pro. Your Super Starter Kit came with a discount that was applied along with giving access to the guides. Your prices are $99 for Digital Pro and $39 for Digital Plus (Library content excluded). To upgrade your event, simply click the "Upgrade VBS Digital" link on your Dashboard.

We purchased the digital program for Ocean Commotion. Just double checking that we are able to upload music and videos to our private vbs online group? I'm assuming since that was kind of the point of purchasing it, but can't find that specific info anywhere. Thanks so much!
Yes, that is an acceptable use case. As long as you keep the materials within your church, you are free to distribute them however you would like.

Digital Tools
We purchased the digital tools to use. However, we are having to postpone our VBS until next summer. I just wanted to be sure we could still access the digital tools without incurring an additional cost. Thank you for your time.

Yes, you will still be able to access your VBS event. Just update your event date when it's been determined and everything should still work. If you do run into any issues though, we'll be happy to help!

Daily Theme Videos Same as Daily Scripture Videos...
The Daily Scripture Videos and the Daily Theme Videos are exactly the same in the digital resources videos. Shouldn't they have different content? If not, why is the same video available with two different names?

Sorry about that! The "Daily Theme Videos" were uploaded early on and were misnamed, so when the properly-named "Daily Scripture Videos" were uploaded, the files weren't caught and overwritten. Thanks for pointing that confusing situation out to us. we have now removed the duplicate videos from the Assembly Videos page.

the clip art isn't working at all
I'm looking at the colour and the black and white clip art and it's completely blank :(

Please make sure you are looking at the right format; the .eps files are vector files and will only open in a program such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or CorelDRAW. You should have no issues viewing the .jpg or .png files.

Help! My access code is coming back invalid. Trying to prepare for lesson tomorrow!
I was given an early access code to the digital AIG sunday school course work, but because of the pandemic, we haven't had it so I didn't have the chance to use it till today. I have two emails with different codes and neither one allows me in.
They both return a message that the access code is invalid. HELP! Please!

Due to the pandemic, we opened ABC Digital beta to everyone, so you don't need an early access code anymore.

Is there HD artwork available for download? Will purchase if it is not for free. I need to enlarge it to about 8 feet wide, so it needs to be the largest HD file size possible. Thank you!

Yes, please download the Resources zip folder here: https://answersingenesis.org/vbs/incrediworld2020/downloads/. The .eps files will export to whatever resolution you want from Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop, CorelDRAW, etc.
