Hi there, I also cannot get a save or publish button on my homepage. I can edit the fields but there is no option to save the changes and publish.

Changing grades to ages
I am trying to change the grades to ages and it keeps saying that I am not able to delete because there are students registered, but I do no have any students registered

Happy to help you with that! I manually removed those two age groups for you; this is likely an issue due to the classes being one of the five that are in place by default.

Activation code active but no copy of the code for upgrade
I purchased the Digital Plus for Mystery Island. I redeemed the code and I have access to the downloads. I need to upgrade to Pro but I do not have a copy of the activation code (I used copy/paste and did not write it down). Is there a solution? Thank you!

The description for the Super Starter Kit with Digital Access stated that the Teen/Adult digital would be included. I don't have access to it. Is there a way it can be fixed? This was one of the selling points for the church to choose this theme.

Updating Church Account Contacts
I believe I have successfully set up the website for this year's VBS program but 2 of our former Directors are receiving notifications when a new volunteer registers. Please advise how I can remove them from this notification list or let me know what to ask them to do?!!

Happy to help you with this! I have removed the two former directors from receiving the email notifications. That's not a setting that you can change for them; it's an account setting, so they would have had to log in to change it.

Promotional Materials Usage
Hello,
We have read the terms of use for the promotional logos and clip art but I wanted to make sure we are reading it right. It states "We have provided a variety of logo options for you to use in promoting your Zoomerang VBS program. You have permission to use these logos in any way that pertains to your VBS but may not resell or redistribute the
logos to other organizations." which I take to mean we can use the logos any way we wish, however, the document later states that we cannot use any of the digital media on a website. Does this forbid us to use the logos and clip art on our website or in a live video stream?

Happy to help you with this! No, the digital media restriction regarding website and live stream usage is limited to audio/video content. The logos and clip art, etc. are fine to use on your website or a live stream.
