Rotations
Hello, First, Love the Director, great improvements this year.
I noticed in Rotations, you have 2 locations which I assume is to have Craft/Music or Snack/Recreation share a 40 minute window. I put this into the rotation but it will only let me chose the first destination and not the second one to start the teams on.
So, Ist - 2nd and 3rd - 4th - lesson is 40 minutes but others are 20 minutes each, 1st - 2nd in Craft and 3rd - 4th in Music then switch. Same for recreation. It so close! I hope you can fix it.
Event Schedule
We do an AM and a PM VBS the same week. How can I add an additional event on the event schedule page?
Good afternoon Kristine,
Unfortunately we don't offer the ability to manage two events in one. You'll have to create an additional event to manage your second event if you want to display two different start and end times. If you decide to do that, I recommend changing your Public Page URLs to time-lab-am and time-lab-pm.

Trouble with student registration
This is what my public page registration looks like. Why?
My coordinators can't see the registration lists for volunteers and students
They get a screen that says need permission. They have asked for permission but as the director I haven't received a request and do not know how to grant them permission. Is it possible the permission request is going to the church email account, the email that was used by the pastor to set up the VBS ?
On your list of enrolled students, select the duplicate student by clicking on the check box to the left of their name. Next, click the actions drop down list and select "Remove students." Click OK, and it's that easy!
Can I edit the information seen when viewing a student or volunteer?
I added several fields: T-Shirt size, T-shirt Received and Paid. I would like to be able to see the T-Shirt Size without having to select a volunteer and then click the edit button. When you first select a volunteer, there is some data that appears on the page (like contact phone, email, age group preferred, etc.). Is it possible to customize this page so that I can see the fields of mine that I would like to view on this page?
Code for Digital Director was not received
I ordered the Digital Director last night and was told that I would get an e-mail today with a code, but I did not receive the e-mail. Can you please send me my code?
Can't find my public page plus registration info gone
My "to do" checklist says that my page has been made public, but I can't find it. Also, I went into the registration page (which also indicates that I have completed the task) and all the information that I had entered is gone. evergreen-baptist.myanswers.com/time-lab. Thanks. Linda MItchell
Hi Linda,
To publish your public page, go to Promote -> Edit Public Page -> Click the Publish button on the left.
It looks like your customizations have been retained, both on the age groups (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3025/age-groups/) and on the teams (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3025/teams/).
It doesn't look like you've customized your registration page but you can do so by going to Promote -> Edit Registration Forms.

my checklist won't load
My checklist will not load. The little colored balls just keep bouncing up and down. I tried two computers and signing out and refreshing, but nothing helps.
