I'm trying to un-toggle the "Volunteer Registration is Activated" task and it won't let me undo that. I don't want to use the digital volunteer registration and I accidentally toggles it on.

You can toggle your volunteer registration off from your Promote page here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/32471/promotion/. I also unchecked the "Activate volunteer registration" task for you in your task list here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/32471/checklist/.
