We apologize that your follow-up question was neglected due to this topic being prematurely marked as Answered. I updated it to Planned and moved this from the Questions subforum to Bugs, as it was an oversight and we will definitely add the Administrative Coordinator eventually.
I can't provide a time estimate though; while the role itself is easy to add, it also needs to be associated with tasks that would also need to be created for it to be useful. In the meantime, please see Adriana's suggestions (Thanks Adriana!).

You're welcome! Sorry for the confusion; your team names are Brazil, France, Japan, etc. and are sorted alphabetically. The age group names (Completed 4th Grade, Completed 2nd Grade, Completed 3rd Grade, etc.) are also sorted alphabetically on the age group page, but you can move them around there as well.

Hi Joanna, the teams (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/4702/teams/) are sorted alphabetically by team name, not the age group/s they are assigned to. Only the age groups show up on the registration form, and you can edit their sorting here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/4702/age-groups/.

Sorry about that--I checked on all the other Lesson 14 downloads and High School was the only group that we missed adding the video. We'll get the video added to the High School file, but in the meantime, you can download any of the other Lesson 14's and they will have the video.

I checked on your event. It looks like you have turned off auto team assignment, so no kids should be assigned to teams automatically (That setting is on this page: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/6339/event-settings/).
I checked with our developers and if you have auto-assignment on and teams without age groups assigned to them, the system will treat said teams as "no preference" and will put students in them anyway. So to prevent the system from putting students in teams they shouldn't be in, you should either continue on as you are with manual team assignment, or move the unassigned teams off of MyAnswers so the auto-assignment system isn't confused. Yes, you can edit that address by going to Promote -> Edit Volunteer Welcome Email and editing the "Email for volunteer contact" field. Please let me know if I can help with anything else!

I looked into your VBS event and can confirm that your upgrade has been applied. You will not have to pay any more for Digital access. What page are you on that is showing you that message?
If you are creating a new event, just click "Use Digital Code" without entering a new code (since your old one is still applied). You will then See "VBS Digital: Incredible Race" selected as an option -- that will give you everything.
