Unfortunately, we are not able to support customizing the printable name tags feature beyond the two printing options for nametags: "Print Nametags Without Background" for printing on the nametags we sell, and "Print Nametags With Background" for printing on blank tags like you'd get from an office supply store.

If neither of these options fit your use case, please feel free to use a template to add things like medical and allergy information. See this Knowledge Base article for more on that: https://myanswers.userecho.com/knowledge-bases/2/articles/942-can-i-change-what-prints-on-the-nametags.

Yes, you can print out your Incredible Race student guides here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/incredible-race/guides/.

Click "Generate Printable PDF", then once it generates click "Printable PDF". The PDF will then download, and you can print from there!

Unfortunately, we don't have that available at the moment, but it does make sense to display timestamps when viewing registrations and the .csv download we provide. I will pass on to our developers and will see what we can do. I'll get back with you when I have an update.

Yes, while the video and music files are streamable on the left of the page, if you look to the right of the page, you will see a Download button. If you click that, the file should download. If it doesn't, try right-clicking the button and selecting "Save link as..." (or similar wording based on your browser). It looks like this:

Hi Rebecca,

You had two teams both set to start at the Crafts & Science station. I changed one of the two to start at the unused Snacks station, but feel free to re-order them. You can do so under Team settings (Settings -> Teams) here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/5827/teams/. This is also where you can assign and change which age group/s are assigned to each team. Just click the pencil on the right side of the page to edit the teams.

Please note that your public page needs to be published for that registration link to work, as well as student registration being active.
