Yes, that's correct. Teams are used to further organize students into multiple classes per grade.

You can go to Settings -> Rotation stations to edit your rotation times. Aside from the opening and closing assembly, rotation times all need to be same length. You can view the rotation schedule via Schedule --> Rotation Schedule. We aren't able to accommodate the level of detail required for every use case, but we have made note of your request for more detail. Thanks for the feedback!

You're welcome! Thanks for your understanding.

Hi John,

We do not have plans to allow for the creation of new coordinator roles. Each coordinator role is associated with its own checklist. As communication through the tool is tied to checklists, it would be difficult to communicate with someone in a role without one. Also each role must have granular permissions defined for each of the functions in Digital Director. So, new roles could not easily defined by users of Director.

We're certainly open to the possibility of adding more coordinator roles if the existing ones don't meet your needs.

What would you like these additional roles to have the ability to do, and not be able to do, in Director? For example, would you want a "read-only" role that can't change anything, including the rosters? Do you want a role that can only work with the roster, but not change anything else?

If you click on the birth date field, a date picker will pop up. At the top of this is a dropdown list where you can select the year. You can also manually type in the year as well.

Hi Laurie, because you were logging in through Facebook you do not have a password set in our system for your account. To create a password, you'll need to follow the link in the password reset email (I just sent one to you). It'll ask you to enter a new password and then re-enter it. Your account will then be accessible via email and password going forward.

I was able to turn it on for you; we'll look into why you were getting a server error. Please let us know if you have any further issues.

That's currently how we have the template set up; City and State/Province are at the top, and the full address is lower down on the page, just below the Google Maps widget.

Hi Carol, thanks for your feedback. The public page currently just shows when the VBS starts. I've raised the issue with our team and we'll see what we can do to give users more options as to how times display.

Hi Carol, all our registration forms come with the email field built-in; you don't need to add it yourself.
