We do not currently provide that in our built-in "Print Nametags" action from within MyAnswers, but your suggestion has been noted and we will consider expanding the nametag choices beyond with/without the background.

Meanwhile, you can print your own custom nametag labels in a word processor using Avery template #74459/5392.

If you flip the nametag sheets over you should be able to print on the back of them.
