Hello Ellen,

We would be happy to look into the issue you are having, but need more information to help us diagnose the problem.

Are you having multiple volunteers check people in at the same time? Are you checking people in online with a phone/tablet/laptop, or filling out printed copies and entering the information later? If you refresh the page after you mark a student as checked in, does the check mark remain?

Thanks,

Scott

Good afternoon Dee,

The length of each class is determined by the number of students and volunteers in each class. If the class is just a bit over into a second page you can scale down the size a bit in your print settings (and vice versa if you want to push it down a bit into the next page), but for the most part, the format is set.

It's a reasonable request to have each class have it's own page/s. I'll pass it on for consideration.

Blessings,
Scott

Hello Karin,

It is estimated at 15 minutes probably because that does not factor in a skit in your closing assembly. You can make your Opening and Closing assemblies as long or as short as you would like, under Schedule --> Schedule Settings.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Justin,

The sort by 'New' feature is meant to show Students before they are assigned to a team, so you do not have to scroll through your Student list to find newly registered attendees. This feature does not check to see the most recent Students registered to your VBS. When the Students are not yet assigned to a team (new) you can print name tags for just those Students, use the drop down next to the Search Students field, select New then click the check box to select all the new Students then select the Actions drop down Print Selected Name Tags.

You can turn the Auto Assign function off here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/3130/event-settings/

However once they have been placed in a team they are no longer new. To print name tags for these Students you will need to either locate the team they are assigned to and click the check box next to their name, or search by the child's name.

Blessings,

Scott

Hello Patricia,

In order to add Students to Teams on site, they must first be registered in your VBS event. Before it starts, you can have parents add their children on your public page with a laptop or tablet. Once they are registered, you will have to assign them to the correct team.  You can also register them yourself here and add to a team on the same page: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/2863/students/add/

Blessings,

Scott
