Hello Christine,

While we don't support sending custom messages other than the initial welcome email from VBS Director, you can download a spreadsheet of all your students information, pull their addresses from the email column, and send an email that way.

To do so, go to People --> Manage all Students --> Actions drop down menu, and select "Download Full Student List".

Once you have entered the access code for the Unit 6 Resources, scroll down to PreK-Grade 1 Lesson 51, click on it and the download will start. When the download is complete, open it up and click the 'Extract all' button. The video will be in the Video Clips subfolder. Please let us know if you need any further assistance.

We do not provide a way to make address labels in our system. However you may be able use this link: https://www.avery.com/articles/create-your-own-personalized-labels to make labels yourself with your student information. To download all your student information as a spreadsheet, go to People --> Manage All Students --> Actions --> download full Student list.

While we do not offer a sheet that is specifically used for signing in and out you could use the Event Attendance Totals Sheet. You can find it by going to People --> Attendance --> Print Report. You could also make your own, to print your students information go to People --> Manage All Students and select the checkbox under the search field. Then use the Action drop down on the right side of the page and select Download Full Student List.
