Team Leaders can only see students in their team. If you have people that need to be able to see volunteers, they will need additional permissions. You can give them an additional role in the add coordinator section.

No, the Resource DVD-ROM Download does not include the promotional & recruitment videos. You can access the files from the physical disc, and copy the them onto your computer if you'd like.

It looks like there was a temporary server error that caused parts of your event to break. We weren't able to reproduce it, so you should be able to successfully create a new event now.

While we are unable to support customized changes to the rosters, you can get a spreadsheet that lists all the t-shirt selections by clicking the Actions drop down menu and selecting Download Volunteer List.

Due to logistical issues with supporting custom coordinator roles, we are not able to do so right now, but will take your request under advisement. In the meantime, adding them as Publicity coordinators will let them manage student and volunteer registrations.
