To edit your Public Page follow this path Dashboard --> Promote --> Edit Public Page. From here, you can add custom times to the body section. (Be sure to click the "save" button once you've made your changes)

After trying to print the team roasters on one of my test events I was able to reproduce your issue. We now have a fix in place, so you should be able to print the PDF's now.
