Team Roster Print Question & Suggestions

I love the Team Roster print functions, especially the medical and allergy alert icons! I do have a few suggestions though... 

One, could you add a date to the header so that copies of completed items can easily be kept in order? 

Two, could a total count be added to the header or footer so that leaders can see at a glance how many students are registered for that class? 

And three, which is possibly more of a questions, what is the attendance column for? Will it pull from the check-in record to show that student's weekly attendance or will the leaders need to complete that column manually?

The attendance column is intended to be used by churches who use a paper system for attendance tracking. The forms can be used to manually track who is present. Another option is to add team leaders, or other individuals, as coordinators on your event so they can mark attendance in MyAnswers.
