Who can track attendance?
How can I give volunteers at the registration access to attendance?

The Team Leader coordinator position lets people take attendance. When you invite them, you choose which teams they get access to. So you can have each team leader take care of their own team, or give them access to all the teams' attendance.
The countdown timer can be embedded by going to Promote -> Promotion Tools, copying the code for the countdown timer, and pasting it onto your website. I don't know what type of website you have or how it's set up, but if it's a template-based one you may have to first click an insert HTML button or otherwise enable HTML code where you paste it.

Click on Promote (in the header), then click the "Print Student/Volunteer Registration Form" links to get printable forms.
volunteer roles and volunteer sign ups
On the volunteer roles you have to put a number of how many of each you need. Does these numbers subtract when people sign up to volunteer?
No they don't, thanks for the suggestion though! Right now the process is pretty manual; that number is more for your reference than anything. You can manually adjust the number needed as people sign up and roles are filled. When you have enough in a role you can change its name to something like "Team Leader (All Positions Filled)" to let people know that you aren't looking for any more for that role.
two events at one time
Hello, we have two AIG VBS's happening with our church. One is at a different campus, but still our church. Is it possible to have two events open with different homepage links/addresses/times? Thank you
How do I change the Theme of the VBS for this year
Our church secretary told us about your website and suggested we use it for our VBS this summer. We're using the group program "Maker Fun Factory".
Attendance after the fact
No one tracked attendance on the director page last night during vbs. Is there no way I can enter the attendance for last night today?
Our apologies for the inconvenience, but no, that's not possible right now. We do have plans to add retroactive attendance tracking (among other improvements) to this feature—we are certainly not finished with building it out—but I can't make any promises or give a time frame for when we'd get to this specific improvement.
WHY CAN'T I DOWNLOAD RESOURCES?
it would be such a help if we could import last year's info into the following year. i.e.. Welcome letter, student and volunteer forms, schedules
We are planning to provide an easy way to reuse your VBS Director information for next year's VBS.
Unfortunately, the our previous platform (VBS Manager) is significantly different to the point that we can't provide any automated migration from that platform into VBS Director. Our hope is that the benefits of the new tool outweigh the initial setup required.
We plan to continue improving our MyAnswers tools like VBS Director moving forward, so rest assured that you won't have to do this again anytime soon.
