event schedule
Can you customize the start/end time for each day of VBS? For example, it begins with a Friday night kickoff but Saturday VBS begins at 10am and on Sunday at 9am. Advice please of how to opt out of the event schedule time if it's not flexible like that
Does check in automatically reset for each night?
Just needing to know if the check in of students resets every night? or do you have to go in manually and uncheck them?

Is there a similar check in process for volunteers as there are for the children?
role permissions
Do the different Roles for Coordinators change permissions within the portal? Or can any coordinator make changes to anything they want?
Error 500 when entering team setting.
I have tried Chrome and Safari when entering a new team name and I keep getting code 500 error. I can change rotation and names on the team group page but cannot add any new team that I have listed on the registration.
Date field pop up does not go back far enough
When entering the students birthdate. The date popup ranges from 2009 - 2029. They range needs to go back to at least 2005. If we click on an earlier year and and then try to change the year again, the drop down will display earlier years. Most participants will not figure this out on there own and will not be able to enter the correct birth year. See attached screen shot.
group emails
is there a way I can make a group email without inputting each email individually? I would like to invite all those that registered for VBS to come to AWANA.
