Where can I find the daily tally sheet for Team Leaders during the Team Challenge contest?
How do I only show available volunteer positions from the website?
Two of my positions have already been filled but it shows them as available still on the website. How can I hide the ones that are filled and show only the positions that are available?
Hi Stephanie,
We currently don't have an option to omit volunteer positions that have been filled. Until we do, you could potentially display that the roles have been filled by doing the following.
Go to MyAnswersVBS => Events => Manage => Settings => Volunteer Roles. Once you are there, you could adjust the names to show that the roles have been taken. For example, you could do "Snack Coordinator: (Filled 1/1)," or "Scientists: (Filled 3/5)."
Hopefully, this will be a short term fix for your issue until we have a built-in option. Please let me know if you have any more questions!

"Please correct the errors below" message, but there are no visible errors
I have activated our webpage, but when I try to register a student I get a message to "Please correct the errors below", but there are no errors. Also I do not want email to be a required field. Not everyone around here has email. Thanks.

I checked on your event and can confirm that the email field on both student and volunteer registration forms are not set to required. You can see your forms here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/4626/forms/.
I also made (and then deleted) a test student, and the "Please correct the errors below" message did not appear, so it looks like your issue has been resolved. My best guess is you had a field set to required when it was also set to be hidden on the public registration field, so it (and its error message text) was hidden.

the questions on the screen are cut off
i am trying to set up my event but the top of the questions and set-up pages that pop up are cut off. So i can only see the bottom of everything it keeps asking me. How can I set-up the event this way?
How do I print a report of students' t-shirt orders?
Am I able to print a report of the student t-shirt orders?
Hello Jeannette,
We don't accept direct payment for t-shirt orders, but we do allow for a 3rd party processor to be used. If you want to print out the size information for the students, the easiest way to do that would be to go to People -> Students, click the Actions drop-down list, then select Download Full Student List. You will see a column with the t-shirt info listed out there.

How do I access the Students Registered information

Your student registration information is accessible from the People -> Students page.
There You can download a spreadsheet of your registered students, print out student/s details, print name tags, assign them to teams, and more!

Where are the different challenge resources? i.e. Candy from around the world Pictures
I am having trouble finding the challenge resources. I have found the actual challenge printouts... but I can't find the pictures that go with them. For example, the Day 5 Snack challenge needs pictures of candy from around the world... Where can I find those?

Registration Problem
we find that the child registration app doesn't work for iphones and tablets adding the last field, how do we get around this?

I checked on this and the text you had in the label field was too large to work on mobile/tablet resolutions, so I shortened it and put the full text in the help text window. Feel free to tweak it yourself to your satisfaction, and let me know if you need any additional assistance!

Unfortunately, we are not able to support customizing the printable name tags feature beyond the two printing options for nametags: "Print Nametags Without Background" for printing on the nametags we sell, and "Print Nametags With Background" for printing on blank tags like you'd get from an office supply store.
