I would like to add a form field that will be hidden to the volunteer registering (i.e. Background Screening Complete).  I need to be able to check when complete as well as use it to sort list? Right now all I can sort by are roles. How I have been working around this is to export spreadsheet, then sort by column. I was hoping I could sort inside Director and then send mass email.

What happens if maximum enrollment is reached for an age group? Does it close that age group availability for our VBS, or create another group, or what?

I don't know how to adjust default required fields, but the email and phone fields that are required by default can't be edited. I need to make the email a required field and I want to be able to edit the phone number entries so that I don't have my parents entering the same number multiple times to meet a field requirement. I'm going to people, manage, and all, I even click the drop down for print roster, but it's doing nothing  :(

It would really great if the VBS Leadership Chart would organize and print according to category. I know I can download and then move the names around, but this would save so much time.

When I click on the 'view student information' button in the email his page is completely blank and the same thing happens when I go to the website and click on his name under manage students. This is the first one this has happened with.
