Printing on a Mac
I have been trying to print papers (name tags, Crew Charts, Class Rosters) and everything shows up blank on the preview and nothing prints. It is showing PDF on the print page, does that need to be different? or is it something to do with printing from a Mac? I'm just confused.
Our VBS starts Monday and I need to get things printed.

Please try printing from your Mac with Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari; that may help. Please let us know if that does solve your issue or if you still need assistance with printing your materials.

Unfortunately, there is no way to disable the registration confirmation email. Though it cannot be turned off, you can edit what sends in the welcome email here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/28465/volunteer-contact/.

Hello,
I was setting up a test account for student registration to see how the auto-email looked, and noticed that it gave my personal email saying "for more information, email ------". I was wondering where that information is being taken from, and how I can change it?
I tried changing the email in my account, as I thought it may be being pulled from there. But it still listed the original email in the next test run.
I appreciate your help on this!

The email text and sending address can be edited in the email settings under the Promote tab:

The primary contact email for this event is currently megan.litzenberger@gmail.com; this is set when the event is first created. Please let us know the new email address if you'd like to change it.
