directors guide not available for download for jungle journey
When clicking on the guides section of the library the option to download the guides is not available. There are no links to click on to download any of them. It will not open
No Download Button for guides on only my account
There is no download button for all the guides on my digital recourse. It is only the account for Amanda Wright. All others users have the download option for the PDF Guides.
Can I duplicate our past registration forms to this year?
Hi there, is there a simple way to clone our student and volunteer registration information from last year? I did not click "clone event" when logging into this year's theme, and I am not seeing any options similar to that now.
We highly customize all of our forms and it would be great to not have to retype everything again!
404 page not found message

access denied message
I am unable to access my primary and junior leader guides. I also cannot access my assembly, games, or music missions and memory verse guide. It just pulls up an error message, access denied. Please help fix.

I accidentally created 2 vbs events for our upcoming Jungle Journey VBS. How do I go about deleting one? I only entered our digital access code on one of the events.

To unpublish your volunteer registration page, click the "Volunteer Registration" toggle button on the Promote page to turn it off. Please let us know if you have any further questions or issues!
