How do I print my information on the back of the door hangers that I purchased?

To print your VBS information on the door hangers, please download this LabelTemplate. Once you have downloaded the template, you should then be able to fill in the information for your VBS and run the door hangers through your printer. server error
I am trying to access some of our registrations and I am getting the 500 server error. How can this be fixed?
Good afternoon Pastor Taylor,
This issue was caused by a data mismatch on your media consent waiver. You had some students register and the parent's name was entered as a signature before you changed it to a Yes or No question, so those entries had names when the system was expecting a yes or no question. I cleaned up these registrations for you by converting the signatures into yesses, so they should be loading fine now.

Why am I not able to download the PDF
I was able to download the PDFs but now I am getting an error message....why??

I checked on your VBS events and didn't see any issues with your PDFs downloading, so the most likely source of this issue for you both is that the tokens on the download links expired. This happens if the page has been left open for a while. To pull fresh links, simply refresh the page. The downloads should then work for you.
Please try this and let us know if you continue to experience issues downloading files.

Groups instead of ages
Normally VBS is seperated by age groups. 1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc. We are doing it differently. We are dividing all kids between 1st and 5th grade into small groups, and that small group of 5-6 will stay together throughout the whole week. Each group will have one leader designated to it. On the Teams setting, there is no option for this. Would it be possible to have this option added where it overrides putting kids into age groups?

You can customize your age groups here: https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/29157/age-groups/. You can uncheck "Show on Registration Form" to hide it if you want a private age group.
Under your team settings (https://myanswers.com/vbs/manage/29157/teams/) you can assign multiple age groups to a team, and while the system was built with teams based on age in mind, since you have automatic team assignment turned off, you can assign students to whichever team you want.

Printing on a Mac
I have been trying to print papers (name tags, Crew Charts, Class Rosters) and everything shows up blank on the preview and nothing prints. It is showing PDF on the print page, does that need to be different? or is it something to do with printing from a Mac? I'm just confused.
Our VBS starts Monday and I need to get things printed.

Please try printing from your Mac with Chrome or Firefox instead of Safari; that may help. Please let us know if that does solve your issue or if you still need assistance with printing your materials.
