broken public page link?

We created a link to our public page. However, when I try to publish the page and go to it, it takes me right back to the director page no matter what device I am using- not the public page. the only time i can see the public page is if i click the "preview" button. The link should be sharonbaptist.myanswers.com/vbs. we've put QR codes on our promotional material- so i really need this address to work please! Help :)

Hi Haleigh,

We're working on getting this fixed for you. Turns out there's an issue with public pages that end in /vbs. We understand that you already have material printed with that link, so you can't just change it to something else. Will update you when I know more.

Hi Haleigh,

We're happy to report that this issue is fixed now. I see you're using "portallen" now. That's fine of course, but if you want to switch back to using "vbs" that will work now too.
