My coordinators can't see the registration lists for volunteers and students

They get a screen that says need permission. They have asked for permission but as the director I haven't received a request and do not know how to grant them permission. Is it possible the permission request is going to the church email account, the email that was used by the pastor to set up the VBS ?

Hello Sarah,
Team Leaders can only see students in their team. If you have people that need to be able to see volunteers, they will need additional permissions. You can give them an additional role in the add coordinator section.
