How do I remove someone from the coordinator position if they are no longer able to volunteer?

a few questions: I purchased Emerald Crossing, but accidentally copied the wrong event. When I tried to fix it, I created a new Emerald crossing dashboard and both have the wrong information. How can I delete the current two dashboards and start a correct one? thanks!
and a second question, when is the Emerald Crossing promo video going to be available? We would like to show it at last day of current VBS.

How do I add a shared station in the middle of the night verses right after the opening or before the closing. We do snack time as a group during the middle of the night but I don't see this as an option to add to the schedule

I was a coordinator last year, so my account automatically shows the information and resources for last year. Do I need to delete all of those, or is there a way to show both? I would love to keep the old information to refer to, but work within this year.
