Hello,  I need to add  fields to the student registration form for parents to check.  How can I do this?

I am trying to print paper copies of my volunteer registration form but the preview shows it as being blank?

I was told to make or change my password and I did, signed out and back in and have refreshed the computer.  I have signed in on my phone and I am having the same issue.  Nothing is showing up and I only have Library, setting and help on the far left side.  I was able to see the task list earlier today and checked things off and now I can't find it anywhere.

 I was told that the volunteer form was truly customizable, but I do not like that there are some fields that the system is making required when they do not need to be. For example, we do not allow our volunteers to choose the role that they are in - our VBS directors make that determination, but on the volunteer form you force that selection to be made. Is there anything we can do to change this??

The volunteer and student registration forms are blank- in the past there has been a template for information.  

We will be using our church's website to promote and register students and volunteers for VBS.  Is there a way that we send people from our website directly to the student/volunteer registration in MyAnswers?  I haven't found a way to do that yet except through an website set up through MyAnswers.
